**A man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public at the intersection of Glen Arbor and Hihn roads in Ben Lomond after deputies responded to reports of a disturbance at 9:14 p.m.

**A Felton woman reported the theft of a bicycle from a locked vehicle on Summit Avenue at 11 p.m.
**A woman was arrested on suspicion of public drunkenness at midnight on the 7100 block of Highway 9 in Felton after deputies found she could barely stand.

**A man was arrested at 5:53 p.m. on the 6200 block of Highway 9 in Felton after someone reported that he had used forged prescriptions to obtain narcotics.

**At 6:35 p.m., a woman was arrested on suspicion of battery on the 13000 block of Central Avenue after she allegedly spat on the proprietor of a Boulder Creek bar when asked to leave.

**Officers spoke with a 58-year-old man sitting in his vehicle at 3:30 p.m. on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road. He was cited on an outstanding warrant and released.
Feb. 4
**A 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at 11:54 p.m. after officers reportedly found him staggering in a driveway on the 100 block of Mount Hermon Road.
**A 28-year-old man was arrested at 2:51 p.m. on a warrant issued in San Luis Obispo County after officers found him walking on the shoulder of northbound Highway 17. He was released with a promise to appear in court.
Feb. 3
**A cell phone was reported as stolen after it was left unattended between 4:25 and 4:34 p.m. on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road
**A 27-year-old man was arrested at 4:34 p.m. after officers reported finding narcotics and drug paraphernalia during a probation search on the 6000 block of Scotts Valley Drive.
**Someone on probation was found with marijuana on the 100 block of Civic Center Drive at 3:59 p.m. A report was forwarded to the person’s probation officer.
Feb. 2
**Two video games and a cassette adapter were reported stolen on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road at 1:50 p.m. No arrests were made.

**Sixteen officers from Santa Cruz County law enforcement agencies participated in a B.A.D.G.E.S. enforcement day in Scotts Valley, which netted 156 citations for moving and equipment violations.
