May 7
– A man was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on the 9600 block of Old County Road in Ben Lomond after a fight with his stepbrother, during which he allegedly brandished a knife and grazed the stepbrother’s side. It was also reported that he struck the stepbrother in the head with a metal rod.
– At 4:49 p.m., a man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance after deputies reported finding him passed out inside a vehicle on the 6200 block of Graham Hill Road in Felton. He was taken to a hospital and released with a citation after he admitted to using heroin.
May 6
– A man was arrested at 6:32 p.m. on Covered Bridge Road in Felton after deputies responded to reports of underage drinking. Reports show that the man, though not underage, had been seen urinating while holding a beer. He was uncooperative and tried to walk away when deputies asked for identification. He was arrested on suspicion of obstructing an officer after a brief struggle.
– At 10:24 a.m., a man was arrested for reportedly selling marijuana on the 7100 block of Highway 9 in Felton.
May 5
– A man was arrested at midnight on the 14000 block of West Park Avenue in Boulder Creek after he was found to be under the influence of drugs during a probation search.
May 4
– A dirt bike was found at midnight on a property on the 13000 block of Oak Street in Boulder Creek. The vehicle identification number had been removed, and further research showed that it had been reported as stolen.
May 3
– A resident of the 500 block of Ohlone Road in Scotts Valley reported at midnight that someone had used his information to make several unauthorized purchases at convenience stores in Palo Alto.

– At 2:10 a.m., someone was arrested on the 5600 block of Scotts Valley Drive after providing false identification to officers during a stop at a closed shopping center. The person’s identity was determined using a mobile fingerprint scanner.
May 6
– A 58-year-old man was arrested at 4:19 p.m. when officers found him to be too intoxicated to care for himself. He was taken by ambulance to Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz before he was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
May 5
– At 10:07 p.m., police arrested a 32-year-old woman after finding her intoxicated at the Metro Center on the 200 block of Kings Village Road. She was also found to have a warrant out for her arrest.
May 4
– Police arrested a 22-year-old man at 9:25 p.m. at the intersection of Mount Hermon Road and Scotts Valley Drive after officers learned during a traffic stop that he had a suspended license and an outstanding warrant.
– A young woman was reportedly found passed out on the sidewalk at 11:11 p.m. on the 100 block of Mount Hermon Road. She was taken to Dominican Hospital and then released to her mother.
May 3
– At 3:30 p.m., a truck’s windshield was reported to have been broken while it was parked in a carport on the 400 block of Whispering Pines Drive.
– Officers spotted a 29-year-old woman who was known to be wanted by police at 5:14 p.m. on the 600 block of Bean Creek Road. She was detained until the warrant was confirmed and then arrested.
– A 56-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication at 10 p.m. on Scotts Valley Drive near Mount Hermon Road.
May 2
– At 6:59 p.m., various items were reported as stolen from a home on the 200 block of Weible Drive.
– At 11:50 p.m., officers found a switchblade knife in the possession of a parolee when they stopped his vehicle for a lighting violation on the 200 block of Mount Hermon Road.
