4:46 p.m.: Vicente Raul Vestal was arrested and charged with public intoxication in Felton on Highway 9.
May 18
1:50 a.m.: A 64-year-old Felton man was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness while on Ocean Street in Santa Cruz.
3:07 am.: A 45-year-old massage therapist from Scotts Valley was arrested and charged with public drunkenness near the corner of 7th and East Cliff.
May 17
1:13 p.m.: A 21-year-old laborer from Scotts Valley, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 1 gram of methamphetamine, while at the intersection of Soquel Drive and Thurber Lane.
8:41 p.m. Thomas Rolfe was drunk, had trouble standing and refused to get off the Metro bus while it was stopped at Graham Hill Road. He was removed from the bus and taken to jail.
May 16
9:19 a.m.: A 20-year-old construction worker was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance after being stopped for having expired tags on Highway 1 near Bonita. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, having a false ID, driving with a suspended license and a seatbelt violation.
12:30 p.m.: Tony Gail Farris, a 28-year-old registered sex offender living in Boulder Creek, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence: causing bodily injury and driving with a suspended license after allegedly causing a wreck on Empire Grade Road north of Jamison Creek. This occurred exactly one month after a previous arrest for DUI on Highway 1 near Soquel.
11:38 p.m.: While dealing with a loud party on Davenport Beach, a deputy found a parked vehicle in the dirt parking lot above the beach that was stolen. George Atshshi Ehara’s car was recovered and returned him.
