Arana

Services will be held this weekend for longtime Ben Lomond resident Glen Stengel Arana who died May 1. He was 49.
Mr. Arana was born in California and was known as a devoted employee with a strong work ethic. He was a foreman on the job and was a loyal and close friend to coworkers. 
Mr. Arana loved to fish, hunt, grow tomatoes and watch television, Fox News in particularly. He worked diligently to support two families and was a devoted family man. He was a member of Moose Lodge No. 545, a member of National Rifle Association and The North American Hunting Club.
He is survived by spouse Kelly Arana of Ben Lomond; children Carley and Colton Arana of Felton; stepchildren Brooklynn Grube and Blair Zehm; mother, Audrey Arana of Ben Lomond, siblings Clark, Paul and John Arana; a grandson, three nieces, one nephew, two aunts and the family dogs, Duke and Earl.
He is preceded in death by his father John Arana. 
A memorial service will take place at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 15 at Boulder Creek Community Church, 13090 Highway 9 in Boulder Creek followed by a celebration of life at Santa Cruz Moose Lodge, 2470 El Ranch Drive, in Scotts Valley.
