Teal Beauty Boutique in Scotts Valley has begun to offer Epilfree, a permanent hair reduction technique developed in Europe.
The technique is billed as a natural, safe and affordable alternative to laser hair removal and Teal Beauty Boutique is the only place in Scotts Valley to offer the technique. Epilfree consists of two serums in conjunction with a wax and waxing technique that eliminates unwanted hair. It can be used on all hair and skin types, and is painless. The cost, according to the shop, is less than half the cost of other methods of hair removal.
