Highway 236 in Boulder Creek opened to one-way traffic on July 14 after being completely closed since June 22 while Caltrans crews brought in heavy machinery to repair the two-lane highway.
Travelers can expect flaggers directing one-way traffic between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. and one-way traffic signals that will direct vehicles while work is not being done at the site.
Large vehicles should continue to use the marked detours to avoid the construction site.
The repair is scheduled to be completed by the end of August.
