A celebration of life will be held June 29 for lifelong San Lorenzo Valley resident Leslie Anne Eiriksson (Stirling) who died in Boulder Creek. She was 56.
Mrs. Stirling was born in Palo Alto. Family said she loved the Lord and was a member of Santa Cruz Bible Church where she enjoyed serving in various ministries. She regularly hosted gatherings in her home and had an extensive group of people she welcomed as honorary family members.
Mrs. Stirling was employed for a number of years at San Lorenzo Valley Elementary School as an administrative assistant before moving to Blossom Hill Elementary School in Los Gatos.
She is survived by spouse Robert Eiriksson of Boulder Creek; children Stirling Eiriksson of Felton; Tiffany Hurst of La Mirada; brothers Jim Stirling of Idaho and Gary Stirling of Hawaii; two nieces and four nephews.
She was preceded in death by mother Marilyn Stirling (Mortensen) and father Pete Stirling.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 29 at Santa Cruz Bible Church, 440 Frederick Street in Santa Cruz.
In lieu of gifts the family requests that donations be made to the Santa Cruz Bible Church High School’s Scholarship Fund, 440 Frederick Street, Santa Cruz, CA 95062 and to Hospice of Santa Cruz County, 940 Disc Drive, Scotts Valley, CA 95066. Santa Cruz Watsonville Cremation and Burial Service is handling the arrangements.
