Letter: Keep an eye out for and report skunk killers

Someone has been shooting and killing skunks and putting them in garbage bags, then dumping them on the river. In three different occasions these bags have been found about a mile in on Love Creek Road and around the memorial for the mud slide of 1982.
California Penal Code 597PC is a law for the prevention of torturing or cruelly killing a domesticated and or a wild animal. And because police cannot always witness this, the public is encouraged to report these crimes.
