EDITOR,
While I was reading the Press-Banner dated Friday, Oct. 16, I came across an article written by Michelle Camerlingo, “Scotts Valley woman turns 102.”
Beulah Sutton sat down with Michelle to talk about her life, her dinner date with her son and all she has seen through her life time.
I did not think it newsworthy to write, “And even despite the occasional flatulence that comes with growing older, her dignity remains intact.”
Well, Michelle, Beulah’s dignity would have remained intact, had you not written to the entire San Lorenzo Valley and the town of Scotts Valley about her “occasional flatulence.”
Shame on you, Michelle, for writing something very personal that should have been left out of your article.
