Letter: Thanks to library patrons

EDITOR,
I was amazed and grateful for the generosity and support we saw at the Building for Books library fundraiser last week.
I appreciate the fact that our community supports things that are truly important. It makes a statement about what we value, and I know that we will have a beautiful and well-supported library because of it.
This library will provide service for generations to come.
We appreciate the sponsors who made the event possible and the donors who made it a financial success.
The Friends of the Library Scotts Valley Chapter will begin meeting regularly on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Scotts Valley Library beginning Nov. 11. We invite you to attend and get involved with this great project.
