Majors Division
Giants 5, SLV Pirates 0
Garret Fisher and Carson Spence each pitched three inning of scoreless ball, striking out six and seven, respectively and allowing only two hits. Cody Burnett doubled, singled and drove in two runs, Ryan Bariteau singled and scored twice, Nathan Pisciotta doubled and Spence, Connor Wilson, Henry Danner and Tyler Wilson all singled.
SLV Giants 5, SV Phillies 4
The Giants scored two runs in the bottom of the 6th when Jared Rembao singled and scored, followed by Ben Murphy who scored the winning run on an error. Jacob Auldridge struck out six batters over the last three innings, and starter Julian Aldridge struck out five. Blake Kuehl tripled and scored a run. Reese Gyllenhammer led the Philly offense with a 2-run double while Zach Del Mar, Brendan Magee, and Jack Kastner each singled and scored. Kastner stuck out 12 in the loss.
AAA Division
Diamondbacks 9, Orioles 8
The D-backs overcame an 8-4 deficit to beat the Orioles on a 6th inning walk-off single by Paul Hanson.
Teammate Shane Burns had three hits, Josh Mahony had a two-run single and Michael Arcangeli, Brendan Hull and Graham Smith all singled. For the Orioles, Bryce Clark and Robert Hipwell doubled and Cameron Roberson, Tyler Erwin, Josh Flores, Jostin Barber and Austin Smith all singled.
San Lorenzo Valley Little League
Majors Division
SLV Diamondbacks 10, SV Blue Jays 3
Tanner Murray was 4-for-4 with a home run and scored three times, Craig Yeomans had a 2-run triple and Taj Yanez had a single for the D-backs.
For the Blue Jays, Connor Santos singled in Dallas Eisenhut.
Diamondbackbacks 17, Giants 4
Howard Forehan and Craig Yeomans each hit over-the-fence home runs for the to lead the D-backs and Julian Auldridge homered for the Giants.
Forehan’s 3-run blast keyed a rally in the third inning. Elliot Brown went 4-for-4 on the day.
Minors Division
Angels 15, Giants 11
Every Angel’s batter drew a walk except Andrew Gudnason who singled as 10 Angels scored on passed balls in the game.
For the Giants, Jax Neel singled in a run and Shea Monowitx went 2-for-3 with two runs.
Giants 11, Phillies 6
Trevor Cambron, Shea Monowitx, Gabe Michaud had RBI triples for the Giants. And Jax Neel and Cambron pitched for the winners.
Cardinal 11, Phillies 10
Quinn Hite scored the tying run and Christian Carney scored the winning run on a passed ball to help the Cardinals.
The Phillies were led by RJ Kindred who scored three times and Isaiah Gonzales who hit a home run in the first.
