Minors Division
Giants 11, A’s 9
The Giants walked four times and scored five runs in the bottom of the fifth to put the game out of reach. After being hit by a pitch, Ryan Hodge scored on a hit from Alexander Adams to lead the charge.
For the A’s, Marco Nell, Aden Rich, Eli McMillin and Matthew Carney all scored. Rich had two hits and scored three times for the A’s.
 
Diamondbacks 8, Orioles 7
Jackson Parmenter doubled in Andrew Gudnason, who got on base with an RBI single, to give the Diamondbacks the victory. Gudnason was 2-for-2 with a walk and scored three times.
For the Orioles, Robbie Matajcich and Nolan Alisago singled and Christian Hill doubled them in. Alisago had two hits and two runs for the Orioles.
 
A’s 8, Giants 5
Marco Nell and Aden Rich walked one and combined to strike out 13 on the day. Eli McMillin had an RBI double and Rich was 2-for-2 with an RBI double.
The Giants’ Rider Saunders was 2-for-2, including a hard-hit RBI single. Josh Purtscher scored two runs for the Giants.
 
AA Division
Pirates 18, Yankees 9
Cash Ebright scored three times and Micah Jewell was 4-for-4 and scored all four times. Haven Wallace-Menge singled, doubled and tripled, and Quinn Waltrip scored twice for the Pirates.
The Yankees scored seven runs in the first two innings, during which Chris Zinkeivich scored twice. Elias Stieger scored once, and the Pirates’ defense turned a double play.
 
Cardinals 9, Giants 7
Kai Groleau tripled and homered for the Giants, but the Cardinals — led by Lucas Sanderson, David Kuamme, Dylan Schelegele and Jason Chinello, all of whom had RBIs — prevailed.
 
Scotts Valley Little League
AAA Division
Tigers 10, D’Backs 10
Down 9-2 in the fourth inning, the D’Backs scored eight to knot the game at 10 in the sixth.
Tigers pitchers combined for nine strikeouts, and Jay Milroy went 3-for-3 with two singles and a double. Lance Ultsch had two hits and Ambrosio Torres doubled.
D’Backs pitchers struck out 10, and Josh Flores, Zac Helmond and Nolan LaRiviere each singled twice.
 
Yankees 21, Braves 8
For the Yankees, Jostin Barber had three hits and Ryan Linn and Timothy Miller each had two.
The Braves’ Mitchell Ross had an inside-the-park home run, Cole Kendall doubled and Jack Matty, Logan Ross, Conor McEntee, Alexander Sherman and Nicolas Sherman had hits.
 
Braves 9, Tigers 8
Tiger pitcher Connor Schelstraete held the Braves to one run through 4-1/3 innings with 10 strikeouts for a 4-1 lead in the fifth, but the Braves scored five runs in the top of the sixth to take a 9-6 lead.
The Tigers scored twice in the bottom half, but Braves pitcher Conor McEntee tallied the save with three strikeouts.
Schelstraete had two triples and Niccolo Petrini had a triple for the Tigers. Braves pitchers Nolan Owens, Jack Matty, Alex Sherman, and Conor McEntee combined for 13 strikeouts and Logan Ross went 3-for-3
 
Marlins 8, Yankees 6
Gabe Spitzer, Connor Munro, Adrie Ruf and Cole Leonard each had two hits and Carson Codiga and Nicolos Gray added base hits for the Marlins.
Ryan Beam had two hits, Jostin Barber hit a triple and Jaden Meulman, Ryan Linn, Sammy McNeely and Abdoulaye Sow each collected base hits for the Yankees.
 
Majors division
Phillies 11, Angels 8
The Angels rallied from an 11-4 deficit with four runs in the sixth inning and had bases loaded when the game ended.
Mac Coffey had two hits and three RBIs for the Phillies, and Ryan Bariteau added two hits and scored three runs. In his first at-bat of the season, Anthony Petrini singled home two runs.
Davin Kiesby, Kyle Smith and Garrett Fisher each collected two hits, with Kiesby driving in three runs for the Angels. Matthew Wu pitched in relief and struck out two of the three batters he faced.
 
Scotts Valley A’s 16, SLV Orioles 5
For the A’s, Zephyr Christensen pitched 5-1/3 innings with six strikeouts and one walk while Philip Garrison went 5-for-5 with two home runs, two doubles and a triple. E.J. Bright went 4-for-5 with four base hits and Masa Sato had a single, a double and a triple.
 
SLV Orioles 7, SV Phillies 4
Trent Walker struck out 11 batters in four innings, and Cody Edgemon relieved him and struck out four for the Orioles. Edgemon and Colyn Salcido both had two hits and an RBI, while Walker drove in two runs and scored twice.
Ryan Bariteau had two doubles and three RBIs, and Dylan Leonard scored twice for the Phillies.
 
SLV Rangers 6, Scotts Valley Phillies 4
Julian and Jacob Auldridge struck out 13 batters to lead the San Lorenzo Valley Rangers to the win. Julian Auldridge had three hits and scored twice, while Andy Wise had two hits, including an RBI double, and scored twice for the Rangers.
Ryan Bariteau allowed two earned runs and struck out six for the Phillies. Cody Pahl and Ramon Nunez both had two hits, with Pahl scoring twice. Brody Affolter drove in the other three runs for the Phillies. 
 
Scotts Valley Royals 10, SLV Red Sox 0
Arthur Soto went 3-for-4 with a triple and two doubles, Dillion Danner went 2-for-2 and Bryce Gundersen gave up only one hit on the mound. The Red Sox hit was also strong defensive play by the Royals, as the runner was thrown out on a relay play to third base.
