Santa Cruz County Supervisor Mark Stone will kick of his bid for state assembly on Saturday, Nov. 5 at the Trout Farm restaurant in Felton.
Stone, who has served as Fifth District supervisor for the past seven years, is a candidate for the 29th State Assembly district.
The district was newly formed by the California redistricting commission this year.
The Nov. 5 event will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Trout Farm, 7701 East Zayante Road. Also in attendance will be State Assemblymember Luis Alejo, former speaker of the assembly Fred Keeley, Supervisor John Leopold and others
Appetizers will be provided and all are invited to attend by Stone’s campaign.
