Katie Joy Leimomi Lopez and Jeffrey Michael Ball have announced their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The future bride is the daughter of Lois Lopez of Scotts Valley and Milton Lopez of Honolulu, Hawaii. She has two sisters, Jennifer Lomac of Austin, Texas, and Kimberlee Lopez of Santa Cruz. In May, she will receive her bachelor’s degree in counseling psychology from William Jessup University, and she plans to attend graduate school in the fall.
The future groom is the son of Dan and Debbie Ball of Ben Lomond. He has one sister, Danielle Ball. A graduate of San Lorenzo Valley High School, he works as a Solano County paramedic and is a volunteer firefighter in Ben Lomond.
A July 2013 wedding is planned. The couple will live in Ben Lomond.
