Scotts Valley-based Cub Scout Troop 604 will have its second book sale this weekend to benefit the Valley Churches United Missions Holiday Drive.
The used-book sale will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, at Baymonte School, 5000-B Granite Creek Road, in Scotts Valley.
The pack has a decades-long relationship with VCUM and in 2008 raised $800 for the outfit. For this year’s sale, the troop has collected hundreds of books to sell at prices between 25 cents and $3.
Leftover books will be donated to the Scotts Valley Friends of the Library.
