Redwood Mountain Faire breaks even, needs cash for next year
Record June rains couldn’t stop the Redwood Mountain Faire from breaking even. The fair organizers were able to split $4,000 among 12 nonprofit beneficiaries based on their participation at the event.
To assure the fair’s return in 2012, fundraising is necessary, as start-up funds were depleted. The first Save the Faire event will be from noon to 5 p.m. Aug. 28, a Sunday, at Park Hall in Ben Lomond, 9400 Mill St.
Featured performers will include Sweet Jam and Coffee Zombie Collective.
