Water district offers online bill payment
The San Lorenzo Valley Water District will now allow customers to pay bills online and schedule automatic payments through its website.
“We learned from a recent customer survey that online bill pay and (the) auto pay program were the services that customers most wanted. We are pleased to announce that both programs are now in place,” said Karen Alvarez, the district’s finance manager.
Customers can sign up online to review their account information and statements and track their water use at http://slvwd.com, with the ability to pay bills by authorizing a withdrawal from a bank account or by using a credit card.
Customers who choose to do so can also authorize the district to automatically deduct water bill payments from a bank account on a regular schedule.
