On the first Tuesday of each month, the True Tales writers meet at the Scotts Valley Library to read their stories and to receive and give constructive criticism. Today, they met to celebrate the sixth year that the group has met. Today, their celebration was held at the home of Carolyn Fitz in Scotts Valley.
The San Lorenzo Valley Water District, Scotts Valley Water District, and Mount Hermon Association have joined together to develop a project that will allow the Districts to share water resources in emergencies such as fires and natural disasters. The project is known as the San Lorenzo Valley Water District Regional Water Systems Emergency Interties No. 2, 3, & 4 Project.
