The Smithsonian Institution has chosen the San Lorenzo Valley Museum to host “The Way We Worked,” an exhibition that is part of the Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street project.
Representatives of the various school districts in Santa Cruz County including Scotts Valley and San Lorenzo Valley, along with representatives of child care and early childhood education, convened on New Brighton Middle School in Capitola on Tuesday, March 4 to the annual “Together for Kindergarten” forum, in order to discuss ways to further prepare children to enter kindergarten.
