Planners, residents brainstorm bright future in Felton

More street lights, more law enforcement, a walking and bike path between town and school, proper restoration of the covered bridge, a new library and more downtown parking were common hopes expressed by Felton residents at a town meeting Tuesday, March 19.

Allergies common in Santa Cruz County

Virginia Monohan: Jan. 12, 1921 — March 17, 2013

A public viewing and memorial service for longtime Felton resident Virginia Monohan will be Friday, March 22, in Felton and Santa Cruz. She died Sunday, March 17, from complications from Alzheimer’s disease. She was 92.
