Children’s store celebrates grand opening

Trio strikes chord in Boulder Creek

Aficionados of rare and unique musical instruments need no longer go farther than Boulder Creek to find their treasures, as a trio of lifelong friends and musicians have teamed up to open Boulder Creek Music.

Church rings in 25 years of service

An antique bell, cast by a blacksmith in 1901, hangs in the bell tower high above St. Philip’s Episcopal Church in Scotts Valley. But the bell is far older than the church, which celebrated its 25th anniversary Nov. 3.  

‘Honk’ if you love middle school musicals

About 45 San Lorenzo Valley Middle School students worked through their final rehearsals this week in preparation for the Thursday, Dec. 6, opening performance of “Honk!”
