Don Higgins celebration of life Sunday

A celebration of life will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, in Scotts Valley to remember former Ben Lomond resident Don Higgins. The celebration and barbecue will be at the Scotts Valley Community Center, 360 Kings Village Road, in Scotts Valley. Mr. Higgins was born Aug. 3, 1943, and died Aug. 14, 2012. A full obituary was published in the Aug. 23 edition of the Press-Banner.
