Healing Graham Hill Road

Construction to install a 10-inch sewer main along Graham Hill Road between Sims Road and Treetop Drive is scheduled to be completed by March 31. The sewer main will fix a problem with a failing treatment plant that serves the Rolling Woods housing development by transporting waste directly to the Santa Cruz city wastewater plant.
