Gas leak detected in Ben Lomond

Construction workers struck a high-pressure natural gas line while sinking fence posts along the driveway of the house on the corner of Quail Hollow Road and Marion Avenue in Ben Lomond. The Zayante Fire Department responded, at first turning traffic away, but then allowing it to pass after limiting gas flow as much as they could while waiting for Pacific Gas and Electric Co.
