Dear Editor,
Community watering holes that close their doors are a loss for those who frequent them, but your reporting of Mint seems a bit one sided. Restaurants require large amounts of parking, and landlords have to think of the needs of all their tenants — not always an easy task. If Lutz “management didn’t want a restaurant here” as stated, it would have interesting to hear Lutz’ side of the situation.
I think the city might have some hand in its requirements for parking spaces required for various businesses.
