San Lorenzo Valley Little League

The Scotts Valley and San Lorenzo Valley Varsity boys and girls swimming and diving teams wrapped up their team seasons with the Santa Cruz Coast Athletics League finals last Saturday. The Cougar boys' team finished in third place while the Cougar girls finished in fifth place.

Over the course of my emergency/urgent care career I’ve dealt with many different injuries and illnesses seen commonly during the summer months. I’d like to share some of my thoughts on making this a very safe summer for everyone.
