The second contest of the Santa Cruz Scholastic Surf League season resulted in a win for the local Santa Cruz Mountains high school surf team made up of surfers from San Lorenzo Valley High, Scotts Valley High, and St. Francis High.

Diverticula are found in up to 60 percent of people by age 60, and the percentage keeps climbing with age.
