Re-elect Hinde for county schools

It is with a great deal of personal pleasure that I announce my endorsement of Aaron Hinde for re-election to Santa Cruz County Office of Education Area 1. I worked with county governments for over 30 years in my positions of chief of police and interim city manager. I worked intimately with educators, formulating policies and procedures to enhance education at the county and local level. Hinde grew up in our area and went through the local school system, and we should be proud that we produced a well-educated man of integrity who cares about our community. I have personally observed his work ethics to be outstanding. We need to re-elect Hinde to the county board of education to continue his good work in enhancing our school system.
