Scotts Valley High School Parent Club will host a one-man comedy show featuring Clay Hausmann on Friday, March 13, at The Landing in Scotts Valley.

Hausmann, a seasoned performer and former Sundance Screenwriters Lab finalist, will share his humorous experiences as an empty nester.

“Clay has performed his unique brand of comedy, insight and storytelling to audiences of as many as 1,000,” according to organizers. “He has appeared on KGO-TV, ABC Radio, and in Fast Company. He is the author of four screenplays and was a finalist for the Sundance Screenwriters Lab in 2011. And he is now officially an empty nester.”

The evening begins at 7pm with refreshments, wine and beer available for purchase. A preview performance of “Little Shop of Horrors” by the SVHS production follows at 7:40pm.

Proceeds benefit the SVHS Parent Club, the Class of 2026 senior banners and Grad Night, and The Landing. For tickets, visit this link.
