San Lorenzo Valley High School will host a Hall of Fame dinner at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 12 at Scopazzi’s Restaurant in Boulder Creek to induct new members of the athletic hall of fame.

The inductees include:
2004 Girls Cross Country Team
The team was Division IV state champions. Members include Allison Deane, Lindsey Deane, Stephanie Hamilton, Cara Hoyt, Taylor Johnson, Chelsea Schwerdtfeger and Rachel Williams.
2005 Girls Cross Country Team
The team was Division IV state champions. Members include Lizzie Frank, Cara Hoyt, Taylor Johnson, Marissa McReynolds, Chelsea Schwerdtfeger, Melanie Swan and Annie Williams.
Individuals:
Taylor Johnson 
Johnson was: Central Coast Track 1600 meter run champion in 2006, CCS 1600 meter run champion in 2007, CCS 1600 meter run champion in 2008, holds the Santa Cruz Coast Athletic League finals meet record at 800 meters, a member of two state champion CC teams, the SLV Athlete of the Year in 2008 and earned a Division I Scholarship.
Alex Dunn 
Dunn was: Boys Cross Country State Division III individual champion in 2002, Cross Country State Division IV 2nd place in 2003, Division III CCS Champion in 2002, Division IV CCS champion in 2003, 2003 CCS Champion in the 1600, the county record holder in the 1600 and SLV Athlete of the Year in 2004.
Evan Rust 
Rust was a three sport All-SCCAL athlete in football, basketball and baseball. He was the SLV Athlete of the Year in 1995 and 1996 and played professional baseball.
Lee Overbeck
Overbeck was a high school coach for 32 years, served as athletic director for 29 years. He coaches soccer coach 25 years, wrestling 5 years, football 12 years, track 15 years and girls softball for 2 years.
Holly Royaltey
Royalty was a two sport athlete in basketball and track. She is the school record holder in discus, the SCCAL champion in discuss and top 2 in CCS. She qualified for state in discus.
Stu Phillips
Phillips was a three sport athlete in football, basketball and baseball and was the SLV Athlete of the Year in 1969.
Debbie Sanchez
Former Booster President, led the school through the tough times when the district cut coaching pay.
