SV library gets city go-ahead

DESIGN PHASE DRAWs TO a CLOSE: 
Plans for the proposed Scotts Valley Library are off and running. The Scotts Valley City Council officially approved the new library at its April 7 meeting after a design presentation by Group 4, the library’s architects. The architects said they are in the homestretch of the design process, and they presented the council with renderings of what the library is expected to look like, shown at left. Courtesy art
