Scotts Valley authorities are on the lookout for man who allegedly exposed himself to a jogger on Bean Creek Road on the morning of Monday, Nov. 24.
According to a Scotts Valley Police Department news release, at approximately 10 a.m., an adult female was jogging on Bean Creek Road — near the intersection of Christel Oaks Drive — when she saw a male subject standing next to a vehicle parked in a parking lot.
The male reportedly had his genitals exposed and was masturbating. The male made eye contact with the female and the female ran from the scene and contacted the police.
The man was described as a Caucasian male in his late twenties to early thirties, and stood 5’-9” to 5’-10” tall and appeared to weigh approximately 160 pounds with a medium build.
He had short, sandy blonde, buzz-cut hair, and was wearing a dark colored T-shirt and either tan pants or shorts.
The vehicle was described as a dark colored early 2000s model Jeep or Toyota SUV. Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to call the Scotts Valley Police Department at 440-5670.
