Theresa Cummins, a lifelong ScottsValley resident passed away at StanfordHospital with her mother and daughter at her side. She is survived by her four children: Garrett, Bridget, Nevin, and Sean Herren and by her parents: Irene and Jim Cummins.
Teresa graduated from SoquelHigh School and CabrilloCollege. She worked in several local business and flower shops in ScottsValley. She enjoyed flower arranging, quilting, and meeting new people.
The family thanks all the people who helped during the last few years of Teresa’s life. No services are planned at this time, but a celebration of life will be held later. In lieu of flowers, donations in Teresa’s name to Valley Churches United Mission or to Jim Cummins to hold in trust for Teresa’s children would be greatly appreciated.
