Services will be later this month for Thomas Michael Hudson, who died May 24 at his home in Felton at the age of 63.
Mr. Hudson was born in Hayward to Robert and Margarete Hudson. He graduated from Arroyo High School in San Lorenzo , and went on to serve in the U.S. Army in the 82nd and 101st Airborne as a Screaming Eagle Paratrooper and an infantry medic. Mr. Hudson left the Bay Area and moved in 1975 to Felton, where he worked in construction.
He worked more than 15 years at Lockheed-Martin in Bonny Doon before starting his own company in 1998.
Mr. Hudson was a member of the Ghost Mountain Riders motorcycle club. He loved riding his Harley and went on several cross-country motorcycle trips. He also enjoyed going to Raiders games, and was a season ticket holder for several years. His family, and many close friends were very dear to him, he loved having people over for barbeques and football.
Tom is survived by his two sons, Nathan Hudson, and his wife, Kim, and Dane Hudson, and his wife, Kacia, both of Lompico; brothers, Robert Hudson of Texas and John Hudson of Isleton; four grandchildren ; two step-grandchildren .
A memorial service is planned Saturday, June 25, at the Zayante Fire Station, 7700 E. Zayante Road, in Felton.
