Tree removal to delay Mt. Hermon Road traffic

Drivers should prepare for delays if they need to use part of Mt. Hermon Road this Saturday and next.
The Santa Cruz County Public Works Department announced they will be removing a large, dead pine tree from the roadway between Glen Canyon Road and La Cuesta Drive. Traffic will be reduced to one lane eastbound on Mt. Hermon between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday and Dec. 16.
