Memorial for needy man who died
There will be a memorial at 11:45 a.m. Friday, June 10, for Peter Kouza who was found dead in March at a homeless encampment in Ben Lomond.
Kouza was previously an Angel of the Year for Valley Churches United Missions, before mental illness incapacitated him, according to VCUM founder Annette Marcum.
The memorial will be at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 13005 Pine St., in Boulder Creek, before the regular Homeless and Low Income Luncheon at the church.
