A celebration of life will be Sunday, Dec. 12, to honor longtime Boulder Creek resident Raymond Speltz, who died Dec. 3 in Boulder Creek. He was 85.
Mr. Speltz was born in Minnesota and lived the final 38 years of his life in Boulder Creek. Relatives said he enjoyed jazz music.
He is survived by his wife, Rose Speltz of Boulder Creek; children, Mary Lanctot of Boulder Creek, Anna Krueger of Santa Cruz, Raymond Speltz of Washington and Sally Speltz of Colorado; and nine grandchildren.
Sunday’s celebration of life will be from 1 to 3 p.m. at Scopazzi’s Restaurant, 13300 Big Basin Way, in Boulder Creek.
