In case you thought summer was over — Tuesday being the first day of fall and all — think again.
While the last weekend brought foggy, cool mornings, the forecast calls for temperatures to jump to 101 degrees on Tuesday in Scotts Valley, with blazing sunshine and heat.
San Lorenzo Valley will also experience triple digits on Tuesday, according to Accuweather.
For the rest of the week, scorching heat in the 90s will be the mainstay.
So much for a cool start to fall!
