traffic safety roadwork signs and light

Travelers on Highway 9 in Felton will encounter overnight traffic control beginning Sunday, Feb. 8, to allow crews to construct sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways and retaining walls.

Between Kirby Street and north of Fall Creek Drive, travelers will encounter one-way flagging control starting Sunday, Feb. 8, from 8pm-5am. The overnight flagging control will continue each night through Thursday, Feb. 12, and conclude Friday morning.

Message and directional signs will alert travelers in advance of the project area.

“Please allow for extra time during your overnight travels and be alert for crews working adjacent to the roadway,” Caltrans said.
