Burglaries in Scotts Valley

The Scotts Valley Police Department has recently received several reports of residential and commercial burglaries throughout the city of Scotts Valley. Thieves have gained access into unlocked vehicles and unlocked garage doors and have stolen personal property including: bicycles, cash, firearms and personal electronics.
The Scotts Valley Police Department recommends that residents and business owners be vigilant about securing vehicle, homes and businesses. Be aware of anything suspicious people and vehicles in your neighborhood. Check out unusual noises heard around your residence and business.
