Oct. 11
• A Boulder Creek resident complained of being harassed by a neighbor who shined a red laser light into her home at 8:10 p.m. on the 700 block of Applewood Road. The woman already had a restraining order against the neighbor.
• An ex-employee refused to leave Red Pearl Restaurant after being fired and was arrested at 11:38 a.m. on the 13100 block of Highway 9 in Boulder Creek. 
Oct. 10
• A man was cited and released at 4:45 p.m. on suspicion of stealing from Felton Liquors on the 6100 block of Highway 9.
Oct. 8
• Someone disabled a Scotts Valley couple’s electric phone line and alarm and gained entry to the home by smashing a window on the 1900 block of Glenwood Drive. The burglar then removed the alarm key control panels from the wall and stole some stuff.
Oct. 7
• About to be stopped for crossing a double yellow line, a vehicle occupied by four males pulled into someone else’s driveway at 3:06 a.m. on the 1100 block of Highway 9 in Brookdale. Deputies approached to find the driver’s seat empty, with three passengers still in the car. They refused to identify the missing driver, who was later found hiding on the property. All four were prosecuted for trespassing.
Oct. 6
• A man tried to ram his car into another vehicle with three passengers at 8:36 p.m. on the 12800 block of Boulder Street in Boulder Creek. He hit the rear bumper of the vehicle and continued chasing it. The car passed six vehicles on Highway 9 in an attempt to escape. The three people in the hit car knew the guy chasing them.

• A couple left their locked car to take a stroll in Felton and returned to find a shattered passenger window and missing possessions at 5 p.m. on the 5600 block of Highway 9.
Sept. 26
• A man reported that some items were taken from his unlocked garage at about midnight on the 200 block of Steinmaier Road in Felton.

Oct. 13
• The full fury of Tuesday’s storm can be seen in the numbers: The CHP responded to 94 incidents involving safety hazards, collisions and mudslides in the San Lorenzo Valley alone. There were no major injuries reported as a result of car crashes.

Oct. 10
• A 20-year-old man was stopped by police inside the skate park for not wearing safety equipment. A records check revealed that he had an out-of-county warrant. He was cited and released at 8:47 a.m. on the 300 block of Kings Village Road.
Oct. 8
• Several young people were found stealing golf balls from a golf course after hours at 12:35 a.m. on the 200 block of Mt. Hermon Road. They were cited and released at the scene.
• Two teens were involved in scuffle at 11:13 p.m. on the 3100 block of Glen Canyon Road. Both attested that the fight was mutual and chose not to file charges against each other.

• Someone stole 20 candy bars and 12 bottles of Gatorade from the Scotts Valley High School snack bar at 4:35 p.m. on the 500 block of Glenwood Drive.
