Golden State Warriors sign Lester Quiñones to 10-Day contract | NBA G League

SANTA CRUZ—Santa Cruz Warriors on Thursday announced the Golden State Warriors signed guard Lester Quiñones to a 10-day contract, making him the first call-up for the Sea Dubs this season.

The standout guard became the 33rd player in franchise history to be called up. He owns an average of 20.7 points, 7.1 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 32.6 minutes per game in 21 games played with the Santa Cruz Warriors this season.

Quiñones was named the NBA G League Player of the Week for games played from Feb. 13-26.

Golden State assigned Quiñones to Santa Cruz, which will host the Cleveland Charge at Kaiser Permenente Arena tonight at 7pm. The first 1,000 fans in attendance tonight will receive a Clear Fanny Pack presented by Kaiser Permanente.

Santa Cruz will host the Charge again on Saturday, March 4, at Chase Center, with tip off scheduled for 12:30 p.m. The first 10,000 fans in attendance will receive a Captain Klay Thompson Bobblehead presented by Adobe.
