• Anthony Montoya was born at 6:41 a.m. Oct. 23, 2009, to Carmen Lucia Rojas and Rogelio Montoya of Mount Hermon. He weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces at Santa Cruz Dominican Hospital.
• Aiden Gray Tobias was born at 4:03 p.m.  Sept 17, 2009, to Kristen (Ellrodt) and Derek Tobias of Beverly Hills, previously of Boulder Creek. He weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Aiden’s paternal grandparents, Bruce and Pamela Hausle, live in Boulder Creek. 
• Jeremy Ashley Urbancic was born at 2:18 p.m. Oct. 24, 2009, to Michelle and James Urbancic of Felton. He weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces at Sutter Maternity and Surgery Center.
• Brody Logan McBride was born at 7:10 a.m. Oct. 23, 2009, to Monica and Richard McBride Jr. of Scotts Valley. He weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces at Santa Cruz Dominican Hospital.
