Four years removed from leaving, the Felton substation for the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office has moved back to an office on the corner of East Zayante and Graham Hill Roads in Felton.

A suspected drunken driver collided with a telephone pole and caused an 11-hour power outage and overnight road closure on Lockewood Lane in Scotts Valley on Monday afternoon.
