Though a few clouds seemed to stand almost static in the afternoon sunshine in Felton, a pleasant breeze coursed through the wild grasses at Hallcrest Vineyards during the 11th annual Makers Market on Sunday. The community event celebrates art and music in the Santa Cruz Mountains each year, featuring local artists and makers, food trucks, wine, guest beer and live music.
