Quercetin A Natural Anti-Viral and Anti-Inflammatory
Quercetin one of the most widely distributed flavonoids in plants. Its main natural sources in foods are lettuce, asparagus, onions, broccoli, fruits (apples, berry crops, and grapes), tea and wine.
