Kiley Rose Garcia, a 6-pound, 13-ounce girl, was born to Trinity Lynn (Kay) and Freddy Omar Garcia of Felton at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz. She was born at 2:40 a.m. on July 20, 2014.
