Fall athletes from Scotts Valley and San Lorenzo Valley high schools made their mark on the Santa Cruz Coast Athletic League during the fall season. Below is a list of the star Cougar and Falcon athletes named to all-league teams.

I would like to wish everyone a merry Christmas, happy New Year and happy holidays. We all celebrate this special time of year differently, and in whichever way you choose to enjoy your family and friends, I hope nothing but the best for you all.

Chardonnay is a heck of a grape. It can be made into a buttery, full-bodied, creamy fruit bomb, or it can be made into a pristine, light-bodied, mineral-driven Burgundy. The amazing thing is that both of these styles are widely accepted and mass-produced.

As you may know by now, my sense of humor is pretty quirky, and I don’t always see things in the normal way. For example, take the new Cialis commercial that seems to air 20 times a day.
