Lets Go Fishin’: Getting crabby, and other fine eats from the sea

It is time to get the gas burners and large pots out for boiling crabs! I am so excited for crab season. I have come to enjoy the change of seasons and how they affect my menu at home.

I look out my window and see deep pink, ruffled flowers covering my Blireiana flowering plum. It's one of my favorite early spring-blooming plants, and those fragrant blossoms are strong enough to scent my garden.

I attended the first San Francisco 49er home game of the season thanks to my Aunt Rosemary. I'm a Niner faithful, but it sure is fun to be on the winning side after so many years. At the football stadium, everything seems bright and colorful. I'm always amazed at how lush and green the field looks. How do they do that?
