Free tennis clinic from Boulder Creek pros
Professional tennis teacher and Boulder Creek resident Chris Bradley has assembled an all-star cast of tennis players to offer a free clinic as part of the United States Professional Tennis Association’s Tennis Across America Program.
The clinic will be Sunday, April 25, at the Boulder Creek Golf and Country Club, 1601 Big Basin Highway.
Teachers at the clinic will include certified USPTA pros Michael Velasco, Paul Breslin Kessler, Chris Bradley, Judy Newman, Alan Margot Jr., Andrea Barnes, Dave Ott, Jim Heepner and Wilson representative Macy Everett-Erickson.
The clinic has three sessions: from 2 to 2:45 p.m. for athletes 4 to 7 years old; from 2:45 to 3:45 p.m. for those ages 8 through 13 years old; and from 4 to 5:30 p.m. for those age 14 and older.
The clinic will be followed by an exhibition by the pros.

SLV field lights meeting next week
The San Lorenzo Valley High School Athletics Boosters will meet with the community at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, to discuss lights for the turf field and track at the high school. All are welcome.
The meeting will be in the multipurpose room at the high school, 7105 Highway 9, in Felton.
